We’ve been working remotely for 7 months now and, frankly, it’s getting old. Most of us have become real whizzes with the technology of working remotely, but many are struggling emotionally. Your remote workers may be feeling isolated, stretched thin, weary or worn out. Keep an eye out for interpersonal challenges and lend an ear when needed. Empathize with their struggle and cheer them on!
